Creating blockers

Select New Blocker template below.

• Capture every “I’m waiting on…” moment.
• Separate real blockers (dependencies, approvals) from fake ones (perfectionism, procrastination, Bob).
• For each, ask: “What can I grease here?”

How to use it

• Daily: Open Active Blockers view, scan by Owner, drop one nudge, update Next Check-in.
• Weekly: Open Diagnosis view, move any cleared blockers to Resolved, archive done ones, escalate items with Blocker Age (days) > 5 and Upward = true.
• Retros: Screenshot or export the view; it becomes your “we removed X blockers” receipts.
