Examples:
- Cancelled 1:1s: Protect dedicated time with my team.
- Hoarding decisions: Push ownership down, even if messy.
- Weaponised urgency: Distinguish between urgent and manufactured panic.
- Over-promising to please: Default to realistic commitments, not wishful thinking.
