Draw the real org chart.
The org chart tells you who reports to whom. It does not tell you who can stall your project at 4.55pm on a Friday.
Let’s make a living map of power, interest and alignment across your real stakeholders.
How to use it
- Add stakeholders with the
New Stakeholder template in the view below.
- List names by role and influence. Add tags: ally, black hole, chaos merchant, etc.
- Capture each person’s goals, fears and preferred medium for updates.
- Mark current temperature: green, amber, red:
- 🟢 Green → relationship is healthy and warm. They respond quickly, trust is solid, they’re aligned with your goals.
- 🟠 Amber → neutral or strained. They’re slow to engage, skeptical, or distracted. You’ll need to invest to keep them on side.
- 🔴 Red → blocked or hostile. They’re actively opposing, disengaged, or at risk of derailing your work.
- Set one next nudge per person: update, coffee, co-write a doc.
